Project Status Updates

Project Status Update – June 2026

We are currently finalising the plan for Casey Fields South (Employment) and Devon Meadows. We have received the Standing Advisory Committee (SAC) report and  undertaken a detailed review of its findings. We have also engaged with relevant stakeholders to inform our response to the SAC recommendations and are incorporating this feedback into the final plans.

In parallel, we have refined the PSP to reflect the latest available data and the feedback received through the SAC process.

Since our last update in April 2026, we have:

  • Completed a detailed review of the SAC report and its recommendations.
  • Undertaken land valuation assessments to support the finalisation of the Infrastructure Contributions Plan (ICP).

In the coming months, we will be focused on:

  • Finalising the land valuations, based on feedback from landowners.
  • Finalising the Infrastructure Contributions Plan (ICP).
  • Completing the amendment package for approval.
