Project Status Updates – September 2025

We have prepared a draft amendment (C217warr) to the Warrnambool Planning Scheme. This amendment will implement the East of Aberline Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) and Development Contributions Plan (DCP) to guide future development in the area.

Public consultation is open from 19 September 2025 and will conclude on 20 October 2025. During the consultation period, both in-person and online sessions will be held for community members to learn more about the draft plan for the East of Aberline precinct.
