Project Status Updates – July 2025

Since our last update in May 2025, we have progressed the planning of the East of Aberline PSP by:  

  • Meeting with key partners and stakeholders to resolve outstanding issues within the PSP, including the Warrnambool City Council, landowners, Eastern Maar Aboriginal Corporation,  Department of Environment, Energy and Climate Change (DEECA), Department of Transport and Planning (DTP) and the Department of Education.  
  • Undertaking technical work for potentially contaminated land, buffers, transport, drainage and community infrastructure to inform the PSP and Development Contributions Plan (DCP).  

In the coming months, we will focus on finalising the draft PSP, DCP and planning scheme amendment in preparation for public consultation.
